O Judô é uma arte marcial inventada no século XIX, no Japão.
O criador, Jigoro Kano, se baseou nas próprias dificuldades para criar a modalidade.
Ele acreditava que a luta tradicional que se praticava na época exigia muita força física dos praticantes.
Por isso, ele modificou a prática, transformando-a no Judô.
Foram criadas regras que deixaram o esporte mais disciplinado e educativo.
Ele procurava um esporte com lógica e que pudesse ser usado também como um meio de melhorar o próprio corpo.
O objetivo, de acordo com ele, não deveria ser derrubar o oponente, mas ter uma educação do próprio corpo.O aplicativo Judô Waza tem como objetivo de auxiliar o praticante do Judô no aprendizado dessa arte tão nobre.Judo is a martial art invented in the nineteenth century in Japan.
